I began my real estate career in 1977 in San Francisco. In 1978 I joined a large real estate office on the Peninsula, and then in 1983 started my own real estate company. Cecchini Realty was established in South San Francisco with a full service property management department to better serve our growing clientele of landlords.
My focus is managing rentals for landlords who want to enjoy life and not be troubled with the day to day activities of property ownership. My goal is to provide our owners with peace of mind knowing they have a seasoned professional with 46 years of experience caring for their property.
My inventory of managed properties consists of single family houses, condominiums and apartment buildings in San Francisco, on the San Francisco Peninsula .
